Every order ships free, with tracking, to anywhere in New Zealand and Australia. We don't ship to other countries yet.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Most orders arrive 7 to 14 days after you order. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships; tracking can take a day or two to start updating.
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days, or it arrives damaged, email hello@coastdeck.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
